We have a kitchen designer to walk you through the layout, to include cabinet and counter top selections. After we have performed our “Free” walk through, we charge a $300 design fee that will be applied to the project when you hire us.

An average kitchen would be broken into 4 payments. We receive payment on bench mark progress. When we reach a agreed upon benchmark, you pay after seeing the results. Never give a contractor 50% down, it’s way too much to ensure they will begin work.

An average kitchen cost for construction including: Demo cabinets, Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall, New Cabinets & Counter tops is $35,000. If you want walls removed the price will go up. Remember with Build Your Own Kitchen you source your own Paint, Flooring, Back Splash & Appliances with no markup from us.

With Build Your Own Kitchen you are obligated to to do all permitted work through us to include purchasing cabinets and counter tops through us. You will become the project manager (with our assistance) for Paint, Flooring, Cabinet installation, Back Splash, Appliances, Etc. You will have access to our vendors, receive builder pricing, and pay them direct. You can source your own vendors as well. We are always on the sidelines to answer questions and help you along the way.
